Jae-eun Chung is a NYC-based creative director whose work centers on brand strategy, brand experience, and experiential storytelling. She currently works at RAA where she collaborates with a wide range of cultural institution clients.

With extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, she has shaped brand visions and project initiatives at prestigious organizations such as Meta Open Arts, the Guggenheim Museum, and the Brooklyn Museum. In these roles, she collaborated closely with leadership, cross-functional departments, and external creators and partners to bring ambitious ideas to life.

Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Jae-eun holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BFA from Seoul Women’s University, bringing a globally informed and cross-cultural perspective to her work.
