Meta Future Type Microsite Prototype (2021-2022, *Not launched)

Initiated and led XFNs initiative of creating user-generated poster making an internal facing microsite to decentralize poster making culture which has been deeply rooted in Meta’s culture from earlier days of company history to communicate company value and express employee voices. Collaborated with a Berlin based type designer and coder Bernd Volmer to create a new variable custom font called Future Type. For the internal integration, worked directly with diverse internal XFNs such as Engineering, Internal Communications, People and Legal to respond to 80,000+ global Meta employees.
